Terms & Conditions for 87db

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"87db" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us"	The online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 87db.vip, including all associated services, features, game products, and customer support functions.
"Player" / "User" / "you"	Any individual who registers an account on 87db or accesses the platform for any purpose, whether or not a financial transaction has taken place.
"Account"	The individual player account created upon successful registration on 87db, associated with a unique Bangladeshi mobile number and used to access all platform features.
"Balance"	The total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) standing to the credit of a player's account at any given time, including both real-money funds and, where applicable, active bonus funds.

Headings and section titles in these Terms & Conditions are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause. Access to and use of the 87db platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which the account remains active:

Providing false information to circumvent the eligibility criteria — including misrepresenting your age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

If 87db discovers at any point that a player was under 18 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, all deposits made during that period will be returned to the payment source used and all winnings generated will be forfeited. 87db accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage players and will take all reasonable steps to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 87db. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 87db employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, including matching of mobile numbers, device fingerprints, payment identifiers, and IP addresses. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 87db will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

3.4 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 87db support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 87db will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, which may include a temporary suspension. 87db is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to protect them.

3.5 Account Transfer. Your 87db account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any right arising under it to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.6 Source of Funds. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they and any winnings generated from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games or bet types, minimum odds requirements, and expiry window are specified in each individual promotion's terms and conditions. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution do not count towards satisfying the wagering requirement.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming a promotion multiple times using the same or different accounts, or using multiple payment methods to meet minimum deposit requirements across duplicate accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and winnings.

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or deriving benefit from more than one 87db account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.

87db reserves the right to take any of the following actions upon identifying a violation of this section, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of pending and settled bets placed in connection with the violation, and recovery of any funds withdrawn in relation to prohibited activity. 87db may also report suspected criminal activity to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

7.1 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your 87db account at any time by contacting 87db support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, 87db will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion options include periods of 30 days, 90 days, 365 days, and indefinite exclusion. 7.4 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or initiated by 87db — you immediately lose access to all platform features. Any real-money balance that remains after resolution of any outstanding matters will be returned to the last verified payment method on file, less any amounts legitimately subject to forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions. Closed accounts may not be reopened except in cases where 87db determines, following an internal review, that the closure was made in error.

7.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months is classified as dormant. 87db will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via the registered mobile number before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee to the account balance. The dormancy fee schedule is published on the platform and may be revised periodically. A real-money balance of zero in a dormant account will result in automatic account closure without further notice.

8.1 Platform Availability. 87db endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure outages, and events outside 87db's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 87db will not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings or inability to place a bet — arising from such unavailability.

8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly displayed odds figure, a game calculation error, or an erroneous credit to a player's account — 87db reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. A manifest error exists where the displayed value is clearly inconsistent with the standard market rate or expected outcome, regardless of whether a player has acted on the displayed figure in good faith.

8.3 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 87db shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 87db platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress, even if 87db has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services. The 87db platform integrates games and live casino products supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe.
